1917 Letter & Blueprint for the Black Hawk Mines At San Bernardino California

A letter and blueprint for the BLACK HAWK MINES that were located in SAN BERNARDINO CALIFORNIA.  The letter is dated 1917 and the map has an application date of 1915.  The map is long and measures about 9" by 24".  Inside the envelope were unrelated papers.  The envelope is in very poor condition.  Only the bottom of the envelope is attached the rest are torn.  There's a black spot on the front of the envelope.   Please examine the photograph very carefully for condition.  United States Shipping only.
