Antique Penny Scale National Novelty Co., works, restored repainted dial

Description

Stand on the scale and drop a penny. Antique National Novelty Company penny scale from my 1902 victorian home's master bathroom. This scale is 69 inches tall with a 16 inch diameter dial, which has been expertly re-painted to match the original. There are no major chips or dings that I can find. The lower base of the scale is the original white porcelain and the very top section has been re-painted to match with a porcelain-type paint, which matches very well. I have the keys to the cover behind the dial, and will look for the keys to the money box, which is currently unlocked.
