    There are 3 pages to this report from Safety Department,  August 8, 1952.   Purchased and retained in my husband's  Anthracite Coal Mining collection.  Because
    the mines started closing down, most  historical documents were burnt/destroyed.   Fortunately Ron respected the history of coal mining, he had the foreknowledge to preserve
    originals documents - maps, photos, blue prints from when Coal was King.    Will be listed  over time for sale.
    These 3 sheets are the only original report  to exist  any more of this incident.   We never made copies  of anything.  What you purchase, your sole owner.
