This is a really nice unusual four color image of a roadside diner lunchroom called the Never Touched Us with signage on the sides of the building reading Vienna Lunch. There are four children standing outside posing for the camera along with the cook in a white apron leaning out the side window. The signage on the face of the building reminds me of the Folk Art period and looks hand painted. The image is captioned at the upper left corner and reads Never Touched Us – The Only Building Which Was Undamaged In The Center Of The Fire Zone – Chelsea Massachusetts. Is post ally used bearing a Chelsea Massachusetts 1914 flag cancel with proper stamp affixed. and having a divided back. The name of the publisher is not mentioned. A great addition to any Roadside , Dining Room , Diner , Eating , Food , Lunch Room , Restaurant , Manhattan , or New York City collection. Don’t let this one get away.
