    Description

    Here is an unusual little cast iron 2 pound scale. It may be from an old country store or possibly it's a postal scale. It needs a spider to hold a pan and the pan itself. The scale is working but not starting out at zero. I doubt it is very accurate. The wheel looks to be aluminum and is marked, " Warranted Accurate ".  It is painted S.S.S on both sides. I don't know what that stood for. The paint is missing and flaked off in numerous areas. Check the photos. The base is 2 11/16 inches wide by 8 1/8 inches long. It is about 6 1/4 inches tall to top of ring around the wheel. Weight mechanism seems to work fine with nothing broken or repaired. There are just some traces of some pinstriping paint in areas. Selling strictly, " As Is/ For Parts or Repair / No Returns Allowed ".
