This high quality swiss instrument combines a 3X and 10X magnifier with a stamp examination platform and provides a serrature gauge as well. The original light fixture is included and the bulb works/lights up. However, you may need a new bulb.

Made in Switzerland by Fred Suter in Basel c.1960s. This is an early Philatell Standard model with a lamp. Two glass lenses are 40mm and 16mm diameter with 3x and 10x magnification power.
High-quality Swiss optics without distortion, spherical or chromatic aberrations, as a result you have a bright, clear and sharp image, please see photos with examples.
